Bought this to help speed up and simplify the process of belt calibration on our machines. The Caliveyor completely takes out the risk of of human error in reading a tape measurer and saves tons of time not having to go back and forth to reset your marker for measurements. Very accurate tool and seems to be well built.

This tool took a job that was time consuming and aggravating to quick and easy. It is easy to use and very accurate. The connection range is far enough to reach from all three infeed conveyors to the hmi and the screen is well lit and easy to read. Definitely makes things easier. Highly recommended!

Always been kind of a hassle at work calibrating our conveyors. It would usually take two people with measuring tape and means to mark the conveyor. Limited on the distance you had to measure then calculate plus the lack of accuracy the Calibration would tend to be a little off by the time we were through. This causes additional wear and tear over time on your conveyors which results in more parts and downtime for repairs. With the caliveyor I am able to do the Calibration on my own. Setup is a breeze plus I can run conveyors for longer more accurate measurements which results in less strain on the belts and longer lifespan of the belts as well. Simply put, if you work in manufacturing this tool is designed to make your job much easier! Love it!
