Great tool
Bought this to help speed up and simplify the process of belt calibration on our machines. The Caliveyor completely takes out the risk of of human error in reading a tape measurer and saves tons of time not having to go back and forth to reset your marker for measurements. Very accurate tool and seems to be well built.

Saves time and money
Always been kind of a hassle at work calibrating our conveyors. It would usually take two people with measuring tape and means to mark the conveyor. Limited on the distance you had to measure then calculate plus the lack of accuracy the Calibration would tend to be a little off by the time we were through. This causes additional wear and tear over time on your conveyors which results in more parts and downtime for repairs. With the caliveyor I am able to do the Calibration on my own. Setup is a breeze plus I can run conveyors for longer more accurate measurements which results in less strain on the belts and longer lifespan of the belts as well. How do I measure conveyor belt speed and travel distance?
Caliveyor Essential and PRO display live conveyor belt speed and distance traveled on a wireless remote. With the tool positioned on the belt, you can monitor measurements while the belt runs—from up to 100 meters away.
Both models are useful for packaging-line commissioning, VFD setup, palletizer infeed calibration, and conveyor troubleshooting.

How can I monitor conveyor belt stretch over time?
Caliveyor PRO measures the full length of a conveyor belt by adhering a piece of reflective tape to the belt to be measured (which is removed after the measurement). Record measurements and compare them over time to monitor changes in belt length.
Ideally you repeat measurements under consistent conditions, then keep and compare the readings in your maintenance records. Choose PRO for full belt-length measurement capability; both PRO and Essential measure travel distance and speed.
How can I keep a Gaylord liner from coming out during dumping?
BagBlocker Lids retain the liner in a Gaylord bulk bin during preform tipping and dumping operations. The lid retention system holds the liner in place to help keep it out of downstream equipment. Its easy for one person to use, and is put into place in seconds.
